Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. 

  • If you receive a damaged item, we offer store credit only. To submit a claim, please text our customer care line at (786) 309-5043 with an explanation of the issue along with photo proof. Garments must be unworn, in original packaging, and not decorated or printed on. Claims must be submitted within 14 business days of the purchase date.
  • Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for Made to Order items if the product does not fit. You may exchange for the correct size only, subject to availability.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations
    We cannot alter or modify existing orders. However, orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 1–10 business days.
  • If our policies do not meet your needs, please text our customer care line at (786) 309-5043. In select circumstances, refunds may be issued with a 30% restocking fee.
