Shipping Policy
- Most orders ship out same day, next business day or once the made to order is finished being made.
- All online orders are shipped via USPS. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as an address.
- We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.
- Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
- If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order.
- Shipped orders over $300 will ship with "signature required" and will require a signature upon delivery.
- We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock and may ship without notification.
- Shipping costs are all based on the weight and size of the package along with the distance from Fort Lauderdale,FL to your preferred shipping destination.
- These are also the estimated times for shipping delivery dates.
Delivery Time

Pre-Orders: Please allow 4–10 weeks for production. Once completed, processing and shipping take an additional 2–5 business days.

Pre-Made: Processing and shipping take 2–5 business days.

Made to Order: Items are produced after full payment is received and ship within 5–9 business days.

On Hand: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Pre-order Items (Shipping & Processes)
Before all orders are placed on our website, customers have to check our terms order on their desired product. Customers will not be able to complete their purchase/preorder until they have selected this box and ALL customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions, shipping turn around times, etc.
Before they check the box to complete their purchase. Details on shipping times will be listed vividly in detail on our policies page and in each customer's order confirmation which will be sent to them via. email. After purchasing any item, you are now fully committed to abiding by our shipping duration and will have to wait for the duration of the process to have your item delivered.
For updates on your PREORDERED item(s), updates will be provided every single Monday on our website's homepage until all orders have been successfully shipped out to our loyal and patient customers.
We also suggest you follow our INSTAGRAM: @shopdevinci_, where we will post updates every few days on the progress of your PREORDER. Any customer who sends us more than one email during the production time of any preordered item, will have their order be completed refunded and they will no longer have the ability to receive this particular item. - Free shipping is only valid in the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).
- Additional discount codes or wholesale discounts cannot be combined with the free shipping.
International Shipping
- We are not liable for taxes and duties. Depending on your country, you will be liable for taxes and duties.
